What an ecommerce website audit example should look like

What a real ecommerce website audit looks like: global score, ranked leaks, screenshots and a public URL — not a generic PDF.

The artefact is a URL, not a deck

A credible example is a public audit page: domain, date, global score, axis pills, screenshots, and the top recommended fixes. If the “example” is a blurred PDF with fake brand names, you cannot verify the method.

Getmoresales publishes only audits that pass a quality gate (enough axes, catalog, screenshots, insights). Shareable links stay unlisted until that gate.

What you should see in the first screen

Score and date, platform if detected, three strengths, five problems, and a CTA to audit your own store (empty field — not prefilled with the example domain). That last point matters: doorway pages that only promote the sampled brand are a ranking risk.

How to read the scores

Global is a weighted blend of evaluated axes only. A store can be strong on desktop visuals and still fail mobile conversion. Open the methodology page for weights and limits (no real checkout, sampled PDPs).

Where to find live examples

The public gallery lists indexed audits. Until the first editorial seeds are published, this article is the spec of the template — we will not invent gymshark-like scores here.

FAQ

Can I index every audit I run?
No. Public share links are unlisted. Indexed gallery pages require the quality gate and an admin opt-in.
Will my competitors see private audits?
Private stays owner-only. Indexed pages are meant to be cited.
