See what blocks conversion on product pages, cart path and mobile

Built for “we have traffic but sales are flat”. This is not a Lighthouse-only report.

Conversion issues hide in plain sight on the product page

A missing delivery estimate, empty review slot or buried ATC on mobile can wipe out paid traffic.

Generic CRO PDFs do not tell you whether YOUR storefront shows stock, chat, badges or trust marks.

We detect conversion signals on sampled pages and rank gaps using the same loss weights as the full audit.

Conversion signals we look for

Buy box & CTA

Price, availability, variants and add-to-cart above the fold — desktop and mobile.

Trust

Reviews, guarantees, payment cues and press/social proof.

Urgency & merchandising

Stock hints, badges, delivery dates, sticky ATC.

Journey

Search, filters, cross-sell and mobile tap targets — without placing a real order.

Example of a result

Home looks premium; PDPs have no review widget and no delivery date. Conversion axis 48/100. First actions: reviews + estimated delivery on the product page.

Who it is for

Merchants who already have traffic and want to know why the storefront does not convert.

If you need a consultant-style CRO process (test roadmap, heuristics by page type), use the CRO audit page.

FAQ

What is a good ecommerce conversion rate?
It varies by vertical and device. This audit does not invent a “good CR”; it shows storefront friction that typically suppresses conversion.
Mobile vs desktop?
We capture both. Mobile friction is weighted heavily because most sessions are phones.
Do you simulate checkout?
No. Checkout is read-only on purpose — no fake orders. We still analyze cart/theme patterns when visible.
How are recommendations ranked?
Fail/warn criteria plus business loss weights (UX/conversion is one of the heaviest axes).
Shopify only?
No. Shopify stores get extra theme/app context on the Shopify pages; this page is stack-agnostic.
